Stock Option Financing Concierge

If you have any questions, please email concierge@withcompound.com

Maximize your company ownership by obtaining financing options to exercise your stock options.

Steps

  1. Discuss stock option financing options, including the potential benefits of exercising, and then complete the Stock Option Financing organizer in your dashboard. The entire process typically takes 4-5 weeks.
  2. We will set up an introductory call with Compound’s Stock Option Financing Partner to understand your needs and gather the necessary information.
  3. The Stock Option Financing Partner will explore financing options on your behalf and then set up a follow-up meeting to discuss which solutions make sense for your situation.
  4. We can make a referral to an attorney to review the loan documents and terms if needed.
Pricing and terms are dependent on market demand for your specific company.
